Each of our partners has several years of professional experience and specialist knowledge in his or her field. We bring such experience together as particular cases may require. So it would fit in with our interdisciplinary approach that, for example, we might for a company acquisition assemble a project team consisting of business graduates and lawyers. Such a team would cover all the steps from the preparatory due diligence to the economic valuation of the company right through to conducting the contract negotiations.
If a company is being sold this would also encompass all the organisational and legal measures necessary in the run-up to make the company saleable.
If there are no creative tasks to tackle we will initiate whatever other arrangements may be necessary. These might include representing clients in front of employment and tax tribunals at all levels, or before district, regional and higher courts, and also in arbitration proceedings.
As a result of their many years of practice in the courts our partners have developed superb tactical skill. Should it ever come to a confrontation with officials, the public prosecution service or tax investigators we also represent our clients in such matters.
This breadth of experience has in many cases led to clients retaining us permanently. We regard it as confirmation of client's trust in us that our partners are sometimes appointed to their advisory and supervisory boards.
